This workshop revolves purely around chocolate and you'll get to taste and make things you never thought were possible! Starting with chocolate martini making, delicately dipping your glass in melted chocolate and blending together the ingredients. Try your hand at all manner of  chocolate tasting & making, and even watch master Chocolatiers prepare gooey American style chocolate fudge, whilst enjoying delicious bubbly on arrival at the workshop.  
Begin by making and drinking chocolate martinis before tasting exquisite chocolates from around the world including a sample from the rare Criollo bean. Next you'll infuse, pipe, dip and decorate fresh vanilla cream truffles before settling down to watch master Chocolatiers prepare gooey American style chocolate fudge. You'll then have the chance to shape cut and decorate the fudge with luxurious toppings such as gold sugar, crystallised rose petals and caramelised hazelnuts to create lovely homemade treats. Move on to wine and match dessert wines with fruit infused truffles before flavouring chocolates with all sorts of original combinations. With bubbly on offer, this workshop is the optimum indulgence for a chocoholic.
