This brilliant workshop will introduce you to decadent chocolate martinis, a range of chocolates from around the world and a variety of activities involving chocolate making and tasting! It's paradise for any chocolate fanatics and with sparkling wine on arrival it's a truly luxurious way to spend the evening. You'll even get the chance to pair different wines with different desserts - a skill that's sure to come in handy in the future!
Enjoy a glass of Prosecco on arrival and then the class proper can commence. Begin by making and drinking chocolate martinis before tasting exquisite chocolates from around the world including a sample from the rare Criollo bean. Next you'll infuse, pipe, dip and decorate fresh vanilla cream truffles before settling down to watch master Chocolatiers prepare gooey American style chocolate fudge. You'll then have the chance to shape cut and decorate the fudge with luxurious toppings such as gold sugar, crystallised rose petals and caramelised hazelnuts to create lovely homemade treats. Move on to wine and match dessert wines with fruit infused truffles before flavouring chocolates with all sorts of original combinations.
