Two Night Break at Holiday Inn Darlington North 10927984

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, which is why I return! On this occasion we didn’t enjoy it because of the changes that were made due to the pandemic! The restaurant selection was poor and the rooms not serviced. I wouldn’t return while the pandemic is still on!

The Holiday Inn at Darlington North is well located close to the A1 giving easy access to many attractive locations. We made it to Barnard Castle, Durham Heritage Coast and Runswick Bay. The hotel itself is great. Comfortable beds, clean and modern shower room and a full English breakfast too! Very good value using the buyagift voucher - so good we have purchased another for our own use.

We needed to be in the North East so decided to use our voucher. The hotel is right by the A1 so we were able to go to Teesside but also for an afternoon and evening in Durham. Very convenient. The hotel room is much larger than average and there was a very good buffet breakfast. I would recommend the hotel for a short break.

Really lovely room and really nice breakfast

We had a particular reason to want to go to the Northeast on this weekend and took our daughter so our two vouchers were useful on this occasion. However we had bought the vouchers for ourselves intending to have two separate trips for two people but had failed to find hotels covered by the offer in the places we wished to visit.

We have used buy a gift for a number of years now and we will carry on using it. It’s great value for money
