One Night Break at Bulltown Farmhouse 1098679

This was a birthday present to my husband and a treat to both of us. Lilly was a wonderful host and we made arrangements about our arrival with great ease. The room and house were of a really high standard with beautiful antique furniture and original features. The cooked breakfast was lovely and we were given great advice for our dinner on the night we arrived and for a day visit on our way home. We would definitely go back.

From the moment we arrived we loved the location the farmhouse was amazing our room neat warm lovely laid out bedroom comfy bed and lovely bathroom found a lovely pub 5 mins down the road cozy warm lovely food breakfast at farmhouse was superb toast cereal freshly cooked full English was all lovely would highly recommend x

We have just returned from a lovely stay at the Bulltown Farmhouse. Room was lovely and breakfast was yummy! Would definitely recommend :)

Bulltown is not on my map, it's too small. This is a real farmhouse in the middle of nowhere, I say that as a positive. It is not a glitzy chain, with plastic furnishings and flat screen t.v.s. This is a perfect rural retreat in the middle of nowhere. A very friendly greeting, then up to a nice big room with en suite bath /shower and toilet. The building is about 500 years old and as such the floor is not flat, in fact walking across the room is like the crooked house at the sea front. The lady looking after it for the owners directed us to the nearest pub (about 5 minutes drive) where we had a lovely meal then back for an early night. Breakfast was a lovely Full English with a choice of hot drinks, juices, cereals and fruit. It's proximity to Ashford makes this the ideal stop off before going away on the Eurostar, totally recomended.

We stayed for one night a lovely old building .It had the old oak beams (which weren't too low!) .No telly in the room , but that's fine when you're away in the countryside ,away from the hubbub of suburbia ! It's nice to hear different sounds for a change ! The hostess was very warm and welcoming and a lovely breakfast was provided . We would recommend the local pub ( The 5 Bells) for dinner , but be prepared to wait a while ... The food is freshly cooked and we felt that it was worth the wait .(it's also very popular so that can add to the waiting time) Overall we had a lovely time down in Kent :O)

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations being traditional and cosy yet stylishly decorated throughout. We had a fantastic long weekend relaxing at the farmhouses, walking and dining nearby and visiting Canterbury. To polish it all off the service was a perfect balance of welcome attentiveness. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house and accommodation. Room delightfully quirky and comfortable. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. The host very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
