exellent gift A fathers day present from our daughter. My husband had always wanted to go on the london eye. The trip up the river, we went to grenwich, was a bonus. We had our grandaughter with us and buying an extra ticket was not a problem. We enjoyed the humour on the boat and the information they had was very good, we felt we needed a longer day to get the full benefit of the experience. A really enjoyable day out that even my grandaughter was happy with, she is 15yrs.old. My husband thoughourly enjoyed his trip on the eye, I even enjoyed it and I do not like hights. We both would go on it again. A brilliant experience!!!! Well worth the money and the time would recomend the trip to anyone, thank you. 03 June 2014
Great experience This was a great day trip out for a amazing price. We spent most of the day using the cruise tickets going up and down the Thames looking at the sights of London. We had no problems getting our tickets to either the London Eye or the Thames cruise. We would recommend to go to the London Eye early to avoid the long lines that build. 28 May 2014
Birthday treat I bought this as a gift for my Brother in law for his 60th birthday, I also bought tickets for myself my husband and sister, the trip on the boat was great and informative as the skippers on the boats explained a lot about the history of what life was like living on the side of the Thames which was fascinating, there was quite long queues when we got to the tower pier but didn't have to wait for long, we went up to Westminster pier and queued again this time the queue was even longer again it didn't take long to get on the eye! which was spectacular,we had to leave at this point to go to a show but the next day we went up to Greenwich pier then back up to Westminster and back to the Tower pier, Great value, the only note of caution would be make sure you read the small print, you need to book your trip on the cruise BEFORE YOU GO it is easy to do but the information you are given does not make this clear enough 07 April 2014
Bought as a christmas gift for my mum and a friend. Once they had worked out what they needed to do it was fine. However they wasted an hour being sent from one pier and area to another before they could find out how to get their cruise / rover tickets. Having booked the day by train losing an hour out of what should have been a really nice, simple and well organised day reduced the enjoyment. Cruioses themselves really enjoyed and london Eye staff could not have been better or more helpful, just a shame about the river cruise staff at the start of the day. 08 June 2014
