Take a look at how the professionals at Airkix handle the wind tunnel. All of the team here at Buyagift HQ who have been indoor skydiving (some of whom you can see gawping at the side in this video) look at this and say "Woah". We're not this good. Yet.

After adorning your flight gear, you'll receive a full safety briefing and demo from one of our friendly instructors. Once you're ready, you'll step out into the wind tunnel for the flight of your life. Indoor skydiving is brilliant because you experience the thrill of a freefall, but in the complete safety and comfort of an indoor environment.
Once you're in there, the instructor will help position you into a neutral position before showing you some basic moves. These include backwards, forwards, sideways and turning - all of which are easy to pick up quickly.
Using the very same technology that they use to test the aerodynamics of F1 racing cars, the wind tunnel circulates air into a flight chamber. All you'll need to do is stand inside the open doorway, lean forward and away you go!
As long as you're in reasonable shape and are fit and healthy, then there is no reason why you can't enjoy the thrills of an indoor skydiving flight. I's important to note that if you have a history of neck, back, heart or dislocation problems then you should seek professional medical advice before flying. What's brilliant is that the minimum age is four - so you can take the kids as well.
What if I have a disability?
There are quite a few regular indoor skydivers who are disabled, and Airkix will do their best to fly anyone with a disability. If the disability is physical it is almost always possible to experience an Airkix flight.
While it is not possible to guarantee that you will be able to fly, Airkix guarantee that they will try their best for it to happen. You might want to contact Customer Services to discuss your particular needs.
