On this action packed powerboating day you will get the chance to drive three types of high speed single seat powerboats! First up is the powerful Yamato OSY400, otherwise known as the 'Go Kart of Inshore Racing'. Lying just inches from the water, you'll take on the course at speeds of up to 67mph. Then it's on to the Catamaran and Monohull sports boats; known as the Formula Ford of Inshore Powerboat Racing, these vessels have serious power to weight ratio and reach top speeds of 90mph! To top it all off you'll also co-pilot for an experienced driver in a 50mph racing micro cat. This experience includes a buffet lunch and all light refreshments to keep your energy up on this exhilarating Extreme Powerboating day!
On arrival at the venue you'll be met by your qualified instructor who will give you a full safety briefing before leading you out to the boats. You will begin by piloting the Yamato OSY400 before co-piloting a racing micro cat for an experienced driver. You'll then break for a buffet style lunch and some lakeside tuition. Then you'll pilot the Catamaran and Monohull sports boats. As the driver you'll be seated in the cockpit of these vessels which will have a serious but fun element. All light refreshments are included in addition to the buffet style lunch. Please allow up to 8 hours for this experience.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months for one person. Courses run on selected weekdays, Saturdays and some Sundays from 1st May to 1st October; please book early to avoid disappointment. Your experience will be re-booked if cancelled due to inclement weather. Please allow 8 hours for this experience. Participants should bring a towel and wear appropriate clothing for the time of year; all limbs must be covered. Changing and shower facilities are available. Spectators are welcome. Min. age 16 (under 18s require parental consent). Max. height 6'2", max. weight 16 stone. This experience is not suitable for pregnant ladies or anyone with back or heart problems. All guests will be asked to sign a health and safety/indemnity form. All dates are subject to availability.

The powerboat looks like a mini space shuttle and handles like a jetski. Liked the catamaran best cos it went so fast.

This was brilliant so exhilarating! Flying across the water at speeds of 50mph+ made my heart race it feels a lot faster! I really liked that the powerboating was so hands-on it's great fun. Recommended if you're a thrill-seeker!
