You’ll be surrounded by Scotland’s stunning Galloway Hills as you spend the night in a timber tent camping cabin – a comfortable wooden hut that provides a comfortable alternative to the traditional camping experience. During your stay you’ll both receive five hours hire of premimum mountain bikes, and you’ll be able to explore the local area as you tackle the fun and exciting Dalbeattie 7 Stanes Mountain bike trails.
Gorsebank is situated on an 80 acre equestrian farm in the beautiful Galloway Hills in South West Scotland. Upon arrival, you will be shown to the timber tent camping cabin which will be yours for one night. The timber tent is a well built, insulated wooden hut that provides a comfortable alternative to traditional camping accommodation, featuring double glazed windows and a lockable door. You will sleep on the wooden floor – make sure to bring either an inflatable mattress or camping mats. The site boasts excellent facilities and there are toilets, showers, a kitchen/dining area and laundry and drying areas on site.
During your experience you’ll receive five hours hire of a premium mountain bike each, as well as helmets, spares pack, pump and trail guide. You will be able to explore the marked Dalbeattie 7 Stanes Mountain bike trails – purpose built forest bike trails set across the local area. The trails are suitable for all abilities - Green routes for beginners/families, Blue routes for intermediates, Red routes for advanced, Black routes for expert.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months for two people. Stays are available Sunday – Thursday only. This experience is suitable for ages 10 years and over. This package includes one night’s accommodation in a timber tent camping cabin. You will also receive five hours hire of a premium mountain bike each, as well as helmets, spares pack, pump and trail guide. Please note that the bike experience is self-guided and there will not be an instructor with you throughout your experience. Your stay is self-catering and you are required to bring your own sleeping bags, pillows and towels. All dates are subject to availability.
Im not the biggest camping fan but this was really good. the biking was also very good even for those who havent done a lot of biking in the past. the timber tents have lots of space for all you need and a good shower/toilet/kitchen area a quick walk away.
