You’ll have the unique opportunity to take control of both the Hypercat and the Honda Racing Powerboat – each boasting style, grace and unbelievable speed! Your expert instructor will teach you a variety of racing techniques, as well as stunts including wave jumping! You’ll even have the chance to race against the clock on a high speed offshore circuit!
Your experience begins with a safety briefing and an introduction to the two boats. You then get changed into your racing team kit and safety gear before hitting the water, where you’ll have the chance to take control of both the fast and furious Hypercat and amazing Honda Racing Powerboat!

You will spend approximately one hour in each boat, and when you are behind the wheel you can practice your driving technique in Southampton Water and into the Solent. You will receive instructions on cornering and racing techniques and will be encouraged to wind the speed up, try high speed turns, perform high-speed take-offs and wave jumping, all under the guidance of your expert instructor.

You will then be taken to the high speed offshore circuit where you will have the opportunity to race against the clock to find the ‘aquastig of the year’!
