A tandem skydive is the safest and quickest way to experience the exhilaration of free-fall. After a short pre-flight briefing, you will be securely attached to the front of an experienced instructor who wears a parachute built for two! You will normally be flown up to between 9.000 and 12,000 feet at which point you will exist the aircraft and enter up to 40 seconds of freefall, reaching speeds as high as 120mph. The instructor is in full control and will take you through a variety of skydive manoeuvres before opening a large square parachute at around 5,000ft.
Following a short pre-jump briefing you will be provided with a skydivers jump suit to go over your clothes (you should wear comfortable clothing such as a track suit and trainers). Then after fitting a tandem parachute harness (and appropriate headgear and goggles) the jump plane will take 20-25 minutes to reach the required altitude - then it's out in to the blue!

This experience is available at 2 Locations:

  • Cambridgeshire (South East) - March
  • Cambridgeshire (South East) - Stoney March
Your voucher is valid for ten months. Please ensure your weight fully clothed does not exceed 15 stone (95kg). You will be required to complete a Declaration of Fitness prior to jumping. However, those aged 40 or over must have a doctor complete this form in advance, and you should request a copy when you make your booking. Minimum participant age is 16 (if you are under 18 you will require parental consent in order to jump.) Your skydive will take place on the date booked weather permitting, so please be prepared to be flexible.

Those with the following conditions must have a doctor corroborate their Decleration of Fitness to Parachute: Asthma, Rheumatic fever, Pneumothorax, Liver or kidney disease, Thyroid, adrenal or other glandular disordords, anaemia, epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, recurrent weakness or dislocation of any limb, diabetes, mental illness, drug or alcohol addiction.

Customers will currently need to pay a compulsory BPA membership fee of up to £30 on the day of their experience.

I got this for my 50th birthday and it was bloody brilliant! The instructors were all very good and made me feel incredibly safe. It was all so interesting not one dull moment. The dive was amazing as soon as I hit the ground I wanted to do it again! I'm going to do the 2 day parachute course next I can't wait!

Last September I finally got the courage to organise my jump. It was a present from my wife and I wasnt sure at first how to take it My jump took place from Dunkeswell airfield in the South West countryside. The guys there were great especially Jason who for the duration of the dive anyway had my life in his hand. What a great day it was and what a crazy thing to do.

This experience was a 100% adrenaline rush there is nothing like it you must try it and see for yourself. The instuctor was superb and I would do it again tomorrow if I could. I have already recommended this to my friends and I recommend it to you to! A fantastic day I loved it.

I got this for my 21st birthday after seeing how much my Mum enjoyed it. I absolutely loved it! I'm deaf and found the staff to be incredibly helpful and considerate. They expelained everything very well. I would definitely do this again and I think everyone should give it a go.
