Find out if everything really is upside down on the other side of the earth! We’re offering you the chance of a lifetime to make a spectacular trip to the South Pole. You will fly from Southern Chile to Patriot Hills, the base camp in the heart of Antarctica where you will stay, landing on its blue ice runway. From here you will fly on to the geographic pole, taking in the view of a pure and unspoiled landscape that few human eyes have ever seen.
An IL-76 or Hercules flight will take you to from Punta Arenas in Chile to Patriot Hills, landing on its blue runway. This is the base camp in the heart of Antarctica which can accommodate up to 30 visitors. You will sleep in insulated tents and there is a separate kitchen and dining area. A range of optional activities are available. From here you will fly on, in a ski-equipped Twin Otter to the South Pole. There will also be a brief visit to the US science base with its unique gift shop. The length of this trip varies with itinerary but on average lasts around two weeks.

ok so iv been on soo many exotic holiday thats i just got bored - then i come across this adventure. Right there and then i just had to book it for me and my husband. It turned out to be SOOO much fun, even though he come back with frost bite!! All on all if you are bored of the holidays in the sun, then this is the break for you!
