From the people that brought you our ever popular zombie abandoned shopping mall experience comes the fantastic zombie abandoned manor house experience for two.
All communication has been lost with a government research facility, based at an old 65 acre manor house deep in the English countryside. A specialist British Army unit, Grey Squad, which has been set up to deal with the un-dead infestation, has been sent in to investigate what has happened to the inhabitants. Unfortunately they lost contact with Alpha team, so now you're being sent in to deal with the living dead.
As soon as you arrive you will be issued with all the kit and weapons you will need and given training in how to use them effectively - work as a team and to expect the worst! You'll then start a 2 hour search and rescue operation under the watchful eye of your commanding officers to find out what crazy goings on have occurred- you'll need eyes in the back of your head to survive so watch your step...

I could fill a whole page saying how fantastic this day was. Decent welcoming staff , superb location and an amazingly choreographed event. I was buzzing from start to finish and would recommend to anyone and everyone. I got tickets for my 42nd birthday but I felt like a 12 year old the minute I was handed my zombie killing rifle. Don't think twice just book it. Worth every penny and the 500 mile drive from Scotland. Thanks so much Zed Events for a day I'll never forget.
I dont normally write reviews but after taking part in the Zombie Manor House survival experience at the weekend with a friend I wanted to recommend it to anyone who loves zombie movies, games or just fancies an excellent and entertaining day out (albeit tense and adrenaline pumping one at that!).
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with first putting people at ease and then getting everyone in character. Being trained as "recruits" was great fun but the whole time you could feel the tension building before the actual mission.
The characters and costumes were all brilliantly done (the zombies look and act fantastically - and they certainly dont wear silly rubber masks as shown in the pictures on this site!). The weapons felt solid/authentic and the atmosphere from the location really made the scenarios work (woodland, tight smoke filled corridors and dark torch lit basements).
Safe to say the 3 hours absolutely flew by and we finished exhausted but on a massive high with memories that will keep me going until I get to try the shopping mall experience!
I've always been a gamer ever since I was a kid, so my first real experience of zombies wasn't through the films of Romero but through the games of the Resident Evil series, so when I heard that there were zombies in a mansion up in Cheshire I had to get down there and check it out.
I've got to say I wasn't quite prepared for what I found. I swaggerred in there expecting some shlocky haunted house treatment and instead got full military style training and a house full of bloodstained monstrosities to fight.
I wish I could say that I wasn't scared but that would be a bit of a lie, there were moments when I did fully leap out of my skin thanks to some really brilliant work by the resident zombies (who showed neither fear nor pain as we took them down) who really made it feel like a fight for survival.
That said by the time I made it through to the other side I did feel like I could take on a whole zombie horde by myself and win. The guys on site said that they also run the Zombie Mall down south, so I think a trip to Reading might be on the cards.
Thanks again guys and next time I'll definately bring some more human shiel- I mean friends!
