The first Champneys Urban Spa opened in Chichester in 2006 to great acclaim, and now you can find their Town and City Spas in a range of UK locations, including St. Albans, Enfield, Guildford, and Tunbridge Wells.

I've got a really stressful job and my wife suggested a trip to a spa might do me good and give me chance to wind down. Although I do take care of myself I was a bit sceptical at first but there were other professional men there too and the spa treatments were fantastic.
