Alton Towers is situated in the beautiful Staffordshire Peak District, and many of the approach roads are narrow, single track and twist through small villages.
Getting to Alton Towers by car
Signposts for Alton Towers are clearly visible on the M1 (Junction 23a) or M6 (Junction 15) travelling North. For visitors travelling South it's Junction 28 on the M1, or Junction 16 on the M6.
