I like how unusual some of your experiences are, and chose the weekend survivial course for a friend. He came back spouting loads of thigns about building shelters and how to make a fire. From the sounds of things he really enjoyed himself.

My wife and I have eco heating and water in our house and really believe it's important to try and be as green as possible, so we when it came time to book a short holiday we chose the eco retreat for two from buyagift. It was just amazing to see the Welsh mountains from our tipi, cooking our organic food from the hamper on the wood burning chimney stove. I really recommend this to anyone, as the tipi was so well furnished with a double bed and everything that it felt like a hotel room.
