The two course lunch is hosted by Susan Cunliffe-Lister, Country Life Gardener of the Year 2001, who gives an insight into her restoration programme of the parkland and walled garden, the history of the design, and her planting scheme. Next is a guided tour of the grounds featuring the daffodils in April, the azaleas and rhododendrons in May and the Walled Garden produce and flowers for the rest of the summer.
