Took my wife for dinner at the Marshall Meadows in order to celebrate our anniversary, we've always liked the look of it so I decided to treat us! It's a very grand mansion in a stunning landscape, and the restaurant didn't disappoint. Our meal was delicious, we were impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the service we received

My two night stay at Marshall Meadows was the most relaxing hotel break I've had in a long time. The food was absolutely exquisit, even better than we expected (this is a fine dining hotel so we went anticipating good food and service). Pleased to report the staff were well mannered and attentive, the accommodation comfortable, but the views of the Scottish Borders were the most impressive thing of all.

What can I say? Just got back from a surprise overnight stay at Marshall Meadows in Burwickshire and had the best night's sleep ever. The food was just so amazing, the room was huge and when I looked out of the window I saw miles and miles of countryside and the sea and even a castle - just breathtaking. Would recommend a short break at Marshall Meadows to anyone who wants to go to the Scottish Borders.
