My boyfriend took me for dinner at Farington Lodge, it's a lovely Georgian house, very luxurious! The Garden Restaurant is wonderfully elegant, we really enjoyed our meal here, the food was very good indeed.

We go to this area several times a year and I must say that Farington Lodge is a great find. Its very beautiful, I love the the traditional and classic decor. Anyone whose been tot he Lake District doesn't need me to tell them how stunning it is, and this hotel is excellently placed for it.
