Cookery

I've never cooked Indian food before but my husband loves it - I think him buying us this cookery class was a not too subtle hint! I enjoyed learning about how to make all the different Indian dishes and it’s the first time I've seen him cook anything more complicated than spaghetti!

My husband and I attended the Saturday Morning Curry Course led by Pat Chapman. Just wanted to say how friendly and easy going Pat is and how interesting he made the curry cooking! There's so many colours and flavours that go into the curries, and we enjoyed tasting them all.

I bought my mum a place at Nigel Brown's Pies, Pates and Terrines Masterclass as a special present. She went along to his house last week and the class was held in his kitchen, she said it was very informal and relaxed, he gave her lots of individual attention and she brought away a terrine at the end of the day that she'd made. I went round to eat it for dinner and it was delicious! Thinking about enrolling my husband ;-)
