About Young Drivers
Who said that you had to be an adult to experience the thrill of driving? There are now many ways in which you can get behind the wheel before even taking your test!
Many of today’s top racing champions started out on the track as teenagers, and now you can do the same. Teenage drivers can race rally cars, and learn to drive on famous tracks like Brands Hatch, Rockingham and Oulton Park. You can go off-road in a 4x4 and see how you can handle tough terrain.
Or for the ultimate thrill, teens can have the amazing experience of driving a real Ferrari! Something usually reserved for only the most experienced adult drivers, Ferrari driving is an experience now open to kids as young as 12!
The driving excitement doesn’t have to end with cars, as a whole heap of four-wheeled fun awaits. You can speed round the circuit in a go kart, ride quad bikes over rocks and rough tracks, or even go for a passenger ride over car roofs in a massive monster truck!
So whether it’s karting or quads, 4x4s or Ferraris, young drivers can go on a high octane adventure that will stay with them forever!

The minimum age you have to be to legally drive a car on public highways varies around the world, from the average 18 years old, down to a mere 14 years old in Ethiopia! In Australia there is no national rule, but instead it varies by state, with teenagers in Southern Australia getting a licence at 16, and those in Victoria having to wait until they reach 18!

Wee Jacob’s always been into his cars, so for doing well in his exams we treated him to the ‘Thrill Ride Combo’. Oh, his face was a picture as he was being sped around that racetrack in a rally car! His favourite by far was the Jeep though – he keeps going on about buying one when he grows up!

The junior rally driving day totally rocked! We got to drive well fast on a proper racetrack in a real rally car! They taught us all the tricks of motor racing too. I so wish my dad would let me drive his car like that! My mates are mad jealous!
