Where in London is the London Eye?

    London Eye Train Station

The Wheel can be found on London's South Bank, the nearest railway is Waterloo. Waterloo station is a large train interchange so it may be possible for you to take the train directly there, depending on where you live in the UK (the station serves areas to the south and west of London, in places like Surrey, Berkshire and serves cities like Southampton, Bournemouth and Brighton).

    London Eye Tube Station

The London Eye is nearest Waterloo tube station, on the south bank of the Thames. It is in Zone 1, on the Northern, Jubilee and Bakerloo tube lines. If you're looking for the London Eye tube station, Waterloo is closest though both Westminster and Embankment are just a short walk away from the other side of the river. If you want a great view, start from the other side of the river (getting off at Westminster or Embankment) and have a walk down Victoria Embankment, which is the path that runs perpendicular to the London Eye.

About London Eye Tickets and Rides

Where do you go if you're looking for a day out and a great view of London? Without an Empire State building or Eiffel Tower to call its own, people looking to see the capital from up high have traditionally had slim pickings.

That all changed at the turn of the new millennium when The London Eye arrived on the bank of the Thames. Towering above rooftops at 443ft tall (or 135 metres, metric-lovers!), The London Eye is one of the capital's most modern, and most striking, landmarks.

Offering spectacular views (depending on the weather!) - of some of the most famous buildings and sights in history there really is no better way to get a new perspective on The Big Smoke. Check our selection of London Eye tickets for options with or without lunch or even Champagne for that special occasion!

If you want to make your London Eye experience even more special then you should definitely take a look at our Champagne or Pimm's deals. Have a bottle of bubbly on board The London Eye or take in the sights in style with a glass or two of Pimm's.
