    Once you enter the attraction, you are welcome to stay for as long as you like. When purchasing you must select a date on which you would like to attend this attraction; your ticket will be valid for entry to the attraction on the date that you specify only. Please note that entry tickets cannot be purchased online for the same day but may be available to buy on arrival at Dickens World. Opening Hours: Tuesday - Sunday 10am-4.30pm.

    On purchasing this ticket you will be able to print a voucher valid for entry to Dickens World on the date that you specify when purchasing. The payment card, cardholder & email booking confirmation must be present upon arrival at Dickens World. This ticket may only be used on the date booked. Child tickets are valid for ages 5-15 years; adult tickets for age 16 and over; children under 5 years get in free. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult during a Dickens World visit. Please note these tickets do not include Fast Track Entry. Once the booking is confirmed with payment, tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable or transferable to another date; they cannot be extended either.

Getting to Dickens World

Dickens World is located at Chatham Maritime adjacent to the Dockside outlet centre and the Odean Cinema. It is easily accessible by the Medway tunnel via the M2 (A2) and the A289.

Driving to Dickens World

From the M2 coast bound at junction 1 follow Chatham Maritime anchor sign. Also from M2 London bound at junction 3 follow Chatham Maritime Anchor sign.

Dickens World has in excess of 800 car parking spaces and plenty of disabled access spaces available, all available free of charge when visiting Dickens World. Dickens World also has two allocated bicycle racks with allocation of up to twelve bicycles.

Public transport

Our nearest mainline rail station is Chatham which is a 30 minute walk from Dickens World.

the Dockside bus service runs every 10 minutes via Chatham and Rochester town centres.
