Located in the heart of the kitchen, the Chef's Table gives you a ringside seat to watch as the brigade create an amazing menu specially designed to suit the tastes of your party. So much more than an ordinary meal, you'll get to recreate the magic yourselves as you step up to the hot plate and join the chefs in the kitchen to try your hand at assembling and dressing you own dishes!
A truly interactive dining experience, The Chef's Table dinner package welcomes you into the kitchen to experience service in a Michelin starred restaurant firsthand. You will be greeted with Champagne and canapés, before being introduced to your dedicated waiter, sommelier and brigade of chefs who will oversee your Chef's Table experience.

Your dedicated team will talk through the Tasting Menu that has been designed to suit the tastes and requirements of your party. The sommelier will then consult with you to advise on the perfect wine pairings for your gastronomic journey.

The Chef's Table offers superb views over the central pass, allowing you to enjoy the kitchen theatrics and converse with the chefs directly. Each guest will receive a souvenir menu as a memento of this fantastic experience.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months for six people. The voucher may be used for bookings for dinner services (typically 18:30 onwards) Mon-Sat. All dates are subject to availability. Participants must be at least 12 years of age. The package includes Champagne cocktails on arrival and the Tasting Menu. Any additional wine and beverages not included in the package will be chargeable on the day and a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.
