Had a problem going into TWO venues with ONE voucher After a long discussion at the entry to Windsor Castle they let us in and it was wonderful. Had our own tour guide who was very informative. The audio guides were great too. Best to go early to avoid the crowds. After, at The Castle Hotel opposite - again same issue with the voucher. The afternoon tea was adequate with four big scones instead of a selection of cakes. Also no atmosphere - a separate lounge for those taking tea to those just at the bar and background music would have helped make the afternoon more pleasant.
