We bought the gift for my husband's parents. This was a magical experience for them. They felt as though they were royalty because of the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. The quality of the afternoon tea was excellent with plenty of sandwiches, cakes and scones. The venue has so much character and they loved the stroll around the grounds. I have already recommended to a friend who enjoys afternoon tea.

there was 4 of us having afternoon tea, we all really enjoyed it, lots of tasty cakes and sandwiches, the lady who served us Danuta (think this was her name) was very attentive and very pleasant, afterwards we enjoyed a walk round the beautiful grounds. would recommend to anyone.

What a fantastic day we had at Thoresby Hall we had 2 hours in the spa and then on too are tea for two with a lot of scones and cakes and the staff were excellent . it was a lovely day for me and my daughter so good that we have booked for the same treat next month .

Bought this for my sister. Her comments are: no sign posts to find the place! Though scones were yummy, the small sandwiches were just that. When asked to take a scone home, was "given" in front of everyone some foil which spoilt the moment. Really nice place.
