relaxing experience in stunning location sandwiches made fresh n tasty (vegeterians and sandwiches made to our requirements) the scones are out of this world but other cakes were egg custard tarts which didnt like and think should of been more traditional cakes like mini victoria sponge/muffins/batterburgs/fruit cake etc description said cake sbut there was no cakes. looks small amount for 2 at first but we were so full couldnt even finish!!!

The service at this hotel was very poor. I booked the table well in advanced and it took them 1 hour to prepare a few sandwiches. The selection of food was very poor as well. I could not believe I paid £25 for two people which wasn't worth more then £5. I was very disappointed. Never again!!! It is worth pay a little more and go to Harrods and i can guarantee you will not be disappointed!

It wouldn't be my first choice of hotel, the lounge where we had the afternoon tea was very informal and we had to move as they wouldn't shut the doors so it was really cold. We were given the tiniest scones with a minuscule amount of clotted cream and had to ask for more which wasn't warmly received.
