This hands-on experience is the ultimate gourmet cookery class for a group of budding chefs. Suitable for four participants, the Chef's Table Master Class takes you behind-the-scenes at Petrus - Gordon Ramsay's world class, Michelin star awarded restaurant. You'll get to join the brigade and cook a delicious three course lunch, with guidance from the Head Chef and his team. Then after your time in the kitchen, sit down to enjoy the food that you've prepared at the Chef's Table overlooking the kitchen. A real treat for aspiring chefs and food lovers alike!
This exclusive experience gives you the chance to cook in a world class kitchen with a team of expert chefs. Your team of four participants will get to create a three-course meal with hands-on guidance from Head Chef Sean Burbidge, whilst learning a selection of skills and using the finest seasonal ingredients.
Each class begins with refreshments and a briefing on the morning ahead from the Head Chef and brigade. A bespoke menu will be devised based on the day's market produce, with wines to complement each course. Under the watchful eye of the Chef and his team, you'll create a number of dishes in the kitchen, whilst learning valuable skills to use at home.
After the class, you'll sit down to lunch at the Chef's Table overlooking the kitchen, to enjoy the fruits of your labour. Throughout the lunch there will be the opportunity to join the kitchen during service and assist the Chefs to make final preparations to their dishes. Petrus' sommelier will be on hand to match a selection of wines to complement the menu.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months for four people. The voucher may be used for bookings for Chef's Table Master Classes, which take place on mornings through to lunchtimes Mon-Thurs. All dates are subject to availability. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. The package includes refreshments on arrival, a full morning master class, a three course menu, wine paired to each course, still and sparkling water, coffee and chocolates. Any additional wine and beverages not included in the package will be chargeable on the day and a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.
