Maze is a restaurant with style in abundance, incorporating stunning contemporary design with a beautiful view over Grosvenor Square gardens in Mayfair. The Chef’s Table at Maze is nestled in the heart of the kitchen and allows an intimate group of up to 6 guests a firsthand experience of the culinary masterwork involved in preparing such sumptuous food. Canapes and Champagne will be served on arrival, before reviewing the menu with the chef who will create a menu especially for your event.
Upon arrival at the restaurant for your interactive Chef’s Table experience you will be greeted with a glass of Champagne and will be introduced to your very own sommelier and waiter who will be on hand throughout the meal.

You will be led to the Chef’s Table in the heart of the kitchen, offering you the best seats in the house to view all the action of service. The senior chef in charge will guide you through your menu and the meal ahead. Click here for a sample menu.

Throughout your dining experience you will be invited to don an apron and join the kitchen brigade to dress dishes from the menu. As well as assisting chefs you will also be given a full tour of the kitchen. Your sommelier will choose a selection of fine wines to complement the flavours in the dishes, and your knowledge will also be tested with an opportunity to guess the wines. A special Gordon Ramsay prize will be awarded to the person who shines the most in the culinary adventure and shows great promise to work in the food and drink world.

All guests dining at the Chef’s Table will receive a souvenir culinary gift and will be sent a sample of the menu signed by Gordon.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months for six people. The voucher may be used for bookings for dinner services (typically 18:30 onwards) Mon-Sun. All dates are subject to availability. Participants must be at least 12 years of age. The package includes Champagne cocktails on arrival and the Tasting Menu. Any additional wine and beverages not included in the package will be chargeable on the day and a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.

Myself and 5 friends had an exceptional dinner at the Chefs Table at Maze from the moment we arrived the service was wonderful and the food was just brilliant. Lovely champagne and canaps to start and it was great to be given a tour of the kitchen too.
