Cocktail and Cupcakes Experience

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by your cupcake teacher for the day. You will be offered a freshly baked cupcake to try during your class along with an exquisite cocktail.
After donning your apron there will be a short question and answer section on how to make the best cupcakes and how to decorate them. You will also be given the opportunity to taste the samples so you can try and recreate them at home.
After a demonstration on piping, hand crafting sugar craft roses, petals and various shapes for decoration, it will be your turn to try your hand at this delicate art. You will then be given cupcakes to decorate with a selection of coloured frostings in piping bags. Learn to use a selection of decorations including sugar strands and dark vermichelli, before leaving with an immense sense of pride and a box of your own unique cupcakes.

This voucher is valid for 10 months for one person. Please have your voucher to hand when you contact the operator to arrange a date for your class. Workshops are available all year round on Saturdays and Sundays. Dates are subject to availability. Some dates may not be available over holiday periods. Start times are approximately; 13:00; 15:30; 16:00; 18:30. You should allow approx 2 hours for this experience. Minimum age is 18.
