Whether you’re interested in smoking cheese, meats or vegetables, this is the perfect course for you. Using a variety of interesting smokers, you will spend the day learning hints and tips for smoking your own food perfectly in the relaxing setting of Castle Court, just on the edge of the Lake District. At the end of the day you’ll get to sample all the delicious food you’ve smoked, and will even get to take some home with you.
Your day program will be fun, practical and very tasty! You will learn about the art of brining and will try your hand at both hot and cold smoking.  With delicious food such as salmon, chicken, sausages, prawns, peppers,cheese, garlic and even nuts on the smoker there is something for everyone.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. You must book your experience directly with the supplier within this period. Courses are available on select dates year round. Groups of four or more can do the experience on a date of their choice (subject to availability).
