With candlelit tables and softened tones, the restaurant at Linthwaite House Hotel is a tasteful setting for a fabulous four-course d 'hôte culinary experience. Enjoy canapés with pre-dinner drinks whilst you take in the fabulous views over Lake Windermere and the Lake District fells. Your four-course dinner will be served in either the Mirror Restaurant or the billiard Room. After dinner why not adjourn to the lounge, bar or conservatory to relax and unwind.
You will dine in the Linthwaite’s Mirror Room restaurant or the Billiard Room. The excellent cuisine features the best fresh, local produce - ample portions immaculately presented, with a fine selection of wines. The dishes range from pork, duck, quail, scallop, salmon or pigeon starters, to lamb, chicken, venison or sea bass main courses, and end with pineapple perdu, fig and almond tart or classic bread and butter pudding for dessert.  There is a large selection of fine cheeses available. Please note that all dishes are subject to change and availability.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. This experience is for two people. The package includes a 4-course dinner (additional drinks are not included but may be purchased on the day) served in the on site restaurant. On site car parking is available. The hotel has disabled access. Television and internet access are available at the hotel. Wherever possible, the best of local produce is used. Please mention any special dietary requirements upon booking. There are always vegetarian options available on the menu.

By far and away the best meal I have ever had! The staff were very attentive from the moment we arrived and couldn't do enough for us even though the restaurant was full. Each course was beuatifully presented and tasted amazing. Couldn't fault the evening and highly recommend the Linthwaite.

I took my wife to the Linthwaite Hotel for a slap-up four course champagne dinner to celebrate our first anniversary. Before the meal we had drinks whilst admiring the views of Lake Windermere they alone are worth a trip up here!We were served a bottle of bubbly with our meal very luxurious and each course impressed us with the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. The staff were brilliant very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. We'll definitely come here again.
