You and a friend will receive hands-on, expert tuition in a range of fantastic cooking styles. Whether you're looking to expand your culinary horizons or simply wish to brush up on the basics, this fantastic half-day course for two is sure to leave both of you with satisfied appetites and heads full of ideas.
Arrive at the school at 10AM (morning sessions) or 2PM (afternoon sessions) and be greeted by your friendly and professional chef for the day. You and the rest of your group will enjoy tea or coffee as you have a brief overview of the course you have chosen for the day. Then you'll spend 3 hours doing the hands-on part of the course, guaranteed to show you some handy and exciting new kitchen skills. Your day will end at around 1PM for morning classes and 5PM for afternoon classes. Courses available include:

Your voucher is valid for ten months. This package is for two people. This experience is available Monday - Thursday only. General starting times are from 10AM to 1PM for morning sessions; and 2PM to 5PM for afternoon sessions. Please advise the supplier on booking of any dietary and medical requirements/conditions. The supplier regrets that a nut-free environment cannot be guaranteed in all situations. Seafood classes are not suitable for those suffering from allergies to shellfish and seafood. All courses, itineraries and places are subject to availability and change. Minimum age for participants is 18 years. All dates are subject to availability. This voucher cannot be extended.

Our half day spent with Ann on her 3 Course Gourmet Meal course was something very different and thoroughly really enjoyable. She was truly delightful and her enthusiasm infectious.
We were only 4 in the group which was a real bonus and we had the chance to work alongside Ann, prepare, cook and serve the food and then eat it afterwards.
We loved every minute of the 3 hours spent with her!
