OMG! What a great way to see london! Well what a great way to see London! I would more so recommend the cruise than the london eye, although the old bottle of vino was a bit steep at almost £30 a bottle it was a great present, i bought this present for my 20 year old girlfriend although people of all ages were on board, the service was amazing and someone comes round and takes some great pictures as well. We made a weekend of it and it did not cost a great deal to stay in a hotel cental to embankment for the weekend. I would recommend this to ANYONE!!! Definitely would earn the men brownie points with the lady's. 19 March 2011
Brilliant Gift. We were welcomed onto the Harmony and the experience began. The waiting staff couldn't have been more helful. The tables were set to impress and did. The food was to die for , proper ' a La Carte' as they say. We couldn't have wished for more. The wine flowed as we sailed down the Thames and the commentary of distinctive landmarks was not obtrusive. The time past too quickly. Then onto the London Eye. Even though we had tickets, which had been given to us on the boat, we still had 45mins to wait in the queue. When we finally got on it was well worth the wait. The view across London impressed. Would definately recommend this gift. 31 May 2014
Very enjoyable day out Bought as a gift for my husbands 40th bday. Obtained tickets for the Symphony with Bateaux London. Walked the length of Victoria embankment and saw most of the river boats available and was very pleased to see that the Symphony was definately amoung the nicest of the boats about. Fully glass sides meant that although we didn't pay the extra for the window seats it really didn't matter at all as had good visibility all round. Service was fantastic, staff very helpful and polite, all very professionally done. Food was delicious and the commentary was well balanced to provide enough information to keep you interested and informed about your surroundings without interfering too much with dinner chat. Collected tickets for London Eye from Bateaux offices and it was only a couple of minutes walk over the bridge from the embankment to the Eye. London Eye is great, had good weather which obviously makes all the difference and also went term time weekday so there was barely any queue at all. All in all a very nice day. Would definately recommend to other couples. 11 May 2014
Elegant Experience From the moment we were greeted at the reception desk on the pier to being bid farewell by the Captain and crew we felt cosseted and welcome. The atmosphere was calm and orderly. Even though it was catering en masse, everything came to the table perfectly timed and we never felt rushed. We had a lovely window table on the port side of the boat and enjoyed the river views while waiting to sail. All of the staff appeared to be happy and relaxed and were eager to ensure that the diners had a good experience. It was like being inside a bubble of calm looking out on the hustle and bustle going on around the river. An excellent choice for us. We hope to do it again sometime. 01 May 2014
