From his delightful 14th Century Hertfordshire home, Jean Christophe Novelli, the charismatic Michelin starred French chef and former star of Hell's Kitchen, will spend an informative and enjoyable day demonstrating some of his fabulous signature dishes. Students will taste each course, all accompanied by hand picked matching wines.
Under expert instruction and using only the finest ingredients and equipment, you will be shown how to create a diverse range of gourmet dishes. You will be sampling the food and wine as the day progresses. The demonstrations will begin at 11.00 and end at approximately 16.00 and there is plenty of opportunity for interacting and exchanging cookery tips.

Your voucher is valid for ten months. This is a demonstration class; you will not be cooking yourself. Over 18s only. The course itinerary is subject to change - check when booking to confirm the exact structure. This voucher is valid for courses run on weekdays only throughout the year. Due to its exclusive nature, availability may be limited and you are advised to book early. There will be a maximum of 16 people per course. Please advise the operator of any food allergies or special requirements when booking.

I went on the Novelli Cookery Experience it was at his house which doubles as his (Jean Christoph Novelli) 'School' in Tea Green Luton Beds.A truly fantastic day! I ended up having to go on a 'For the Girls' day as there was no room left on any of the other courses but to be perfectly honest I had a blast as the only guy on the course it was quite a unique experience!!I learnt a ton of really useful recipes cooking tips and even got to see the great man himself. Though the course wasn't hosted by JCN it was ably run by Steven Kitchen who was sensational at making it really really simple to pick up.In short I had a great time and in fact I've booked up to go again.Thoroughly recommend it and can't speak more highly of it.
