From his delightful 14th Century Hertfordshire home, Jean Christophe Novelli, the charismatic Michelin starred French chef and former star of Hell’s Kitchen, will spend an informative and enjoyable day demonstrating some of his fabulous signature dishes. Students will taste each course, all accompanied by hand picked matching wines.
Under expert instruction and using only the finest ingredients and equipment, you will be shown how to create a diverse range of gourmet dishes. You will be sampling the food and wine as the day progresses. The demonstrations will begin at 11.00 and end at approximately 16.00 and there is plenty of opportunity for interacting and exchanging cookery tips. Please advise us of any food allergies or special requirements when booking.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. This experience is for two people. This is a demonstration class; you will not be cooking yourself. Courses are suitable for anyone over the age of eighteen. The course itinerary is subject to change - check when booking to confirm the exact structure. Courses run on weekends only throughout the year. Due to the exclusive nature of this experience, availability may be limited and you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. There will be a maximum of 20 people per course. Once booked, dates are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Wow. Myself and my sister both cook a lot and decided to book this cookery experience as a treat. Jean-Christophe was wonderful so passionate about food. Weve got a new-found enthusiasm for cooking and picked up some great tips from what we can only describe as a master.
