Best course - Ever!

I've been on loads of cookery classes but this one really is worth raving about. The day was completely loaded from start to finish. Completely all about cooking, tips about cooking and fun, just hilarous. Because the class had only 5 people, the group bonded really well and Kumud - the tutor kept everyone really motivated with her enthusiam for food and spices, it just seemed like one nugget of information after another.
The class is also set in beautiful grounds and lunch was outside in idealic setting. The kitchen was amazing.
So - I would highly recommend this class to anyone who loves food, loves Indian food, and wants to be enthused.... I was I've really got my Mojo back for cooking!

Great cookery class

I was given this cookery class as a gift and i have to say - Fabulous choice of cookery school and class. The scope of the class is much wider than just the mechanics. The food was really original and authentic. And the group was small and friendly. The tutor knew so much about food and she shared it in a really interesting way.
I would highly recommend this Indian class and their cookery School. I am going back for the Thai class next month.

An excellent class with a range of dishes. Ive always liked Indian food (if someone else is cooking it) but now I feel confident to try a wider variety of spices and look forward to being more inventive in my own kitchen.

Me and my friend had a lovely time learning how to cook indian food at saffron house. I loved the fact that whatever you cooked you got to take home with you at the end of the day. There was plenty of tasting going on during the day too and even some wine! 10/10 for this cooking school.
