This fantastic sushi making experience really is a cut above the rest! Run by the world-famous YO! Sushi, this hands-on master class is your opportunity to learn the subtle art of making perfect sushi every time. You’ll be delighted as a YO! Sushi expert shows you how to prepare rice, fish and nori; as well as roll your own world-famous makis! During your experience you will enjoy the sushi you've created, and you’ll even receive a rolling mat to take home with you.
This unique hands-on class is perfect for anyone who has ever wanted to try making sushi. After a welcome briefing and introduction, you’ll begin a fun and fascinating sushi-making workshop headed by an experienced YO! Sushi chef. You’ll be amazed as you learn how to cook Japanese rice as well as how to prepare Maki, Mini ISO, Nigiri and much more! . At the end of your experience you’ll receive a recipe guide, certificate and a sushi rolling mat. In addition you will receive a 25% voucher off your next purchase. At the end of the course you'll be able to enjoy the sushi you have created. Your class will begin at 10am and end at 12pm and is available on Saturdays and Sundays.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. Courses run one weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday) per month. This experience is available at the Yo! Sushi venues listed only. Light weight clothing is recommended. Sensible, covered shoes with a good grip must be worn at all times. There will be a maximum of 14 other participants in the class with you. All dates are subject to availability.

My wife and I have always had an interest in food, especially Sushi. I came across this experience, and decided to surprise my wife, and make a day out of it in London for the both of us. I selected the St Paul's branch that was in a beautiful location overlooking St Paul's Cathedral, where upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and a warm welcome. The teacher was excellent, and he made us all feel at ease with an introduction of Sushi, and the methods of making the rice and using the equipment. We were taught how to make 3 styles of sushi; Makizushi, Temakizushi and Nigirizushi, all of which were surprisingly easy to learn and master. The whole experience was interesting, fun and relaxed, and I have to say that we both had a blast. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to try something different and learn something new.
