I purchased celebration package for my fiancee. Experience was ok but the main problem was there was no customer service! The only interaction part was "how to taste wine". There should be an option with guide for people who want to know more about wines, somebody who does the tour or explained about different wines. Even when we were on different wine desks, none of the someliers tried to help you to choose wine or explain you anything about wines at all!!
For this money I might as well go to a supermarket and pick a box of wines randomly by looking at different labels, no difference as this is how it was in Vinopolis and even when we tried to ask reccommendations at different wine desks, they were just ignoring us and didnt want to interact with us at all or explain anything about wines. Intstead they just looked at us "have you made your decision already"? Waste of money I would say.

My friend and i done the celebration tour yesterday. We had 6 regular wine tastings, 3 premium wine tastings, 3 champagne tastings, 2 beer tastings, 2 whisky tastings and a bombay sapphire tasting.
Other than the fact the beer was disgusting, and i dont like Whisky, we had a fantastic time.
We enjoyed learning how to taste wine properly, and it was nice trying wines that you wouldnt normally try.
We also had lunch in the restuarant beforehand, which was also lovely.
Overall a fantastic day, and we would definatly do it again

I agree with Marcus 5* experience. Vinopolis are renouned for their wine tasting days and now I can see why. Brilliant range of wines to taste good info given about what we were drinking what went into the wine and where it was grown. Buyagift proved excellent for delivery of voucher and booking of experience.
