I went to Eagle Heights for a day to learn about and fly birds of prey. The people there were very friendly and made me very welcome. The day started with a cuppa and a chat with others in the party doing the same as me. Then we went to a room to learn and handle the birds which was great fun. After that we all had our own bird of prey to hold while we went to a field to fly the bird. It's a great day for anyone who loves birds. There are other animals to see there as well.
