This three hour session is designed to give guests the opportunity to get close to and learn more about birds of prey and enjoy being in their company. The session will include handling and flying a range of birds of prey such as hawks and owls, and learning about the centre’s conservation, research and rehabilitation work. The experience ends with the presentation of a certificate to show your attendance on the day.
During the informative and exciting Birds of Prey experience you will be lead by trainers who will give you an introduction to the centre’s work, and guide you as you handle and fly a range of birds, including hawks and owls. You will also receive refreshments and a certificate to show your attendance on the day. The session will last approximately 3 hours.

This experience is available at Hampshire:

  • Hampshire (South East) - Andover
This voucher is valid for 10 months for one person. Participants must be aged 16 and over. Your equipment, instruction and refreshments will be provided on the day. Please wear suitable outdoor clothing for the time of year. These sessions are held throughout the year and are limited to a maximum of five guests. The experience will last approximately 3 hours. All dates are subject to availability.

My sister and i bought this for our dad's birthday present. He rang me the day after he had gone to say it was the best birthday present he has ever had!
I am so pleased he enjoyed this as wasn't sure what to expect. He has said he wants to go back again and as he is retired, i think this may be his new hobby!!!!
