hotel with no customer service skills

Went to the theatre- that was great.
Then got back to hotel and the people in the room next door was having a party, management did not care.
We left the hotel at 2am in the morning as we could not get to sleep, after one week of phone calls to manager and emails and still no reply, this hotel has no customer care.
We missed breakfast and the hotel has not even given us a sorry.
hotel villa in Bayswater -- dont go there...

Having seen the film version of Chicago we were even more impressed by the stage musical would go again. Our hotel was very comfortable and great to have breakfast included in the price.

My daughter is fanatical about drama and the theatre so. for doing well in her exams I decided to treat her with a trip downt ot London to the West End. This Buyagift voucher was perfect as I could buy it and then let her decide which play to see. She chose Woman in Black which i must admit was scary enough that even I jumped a few times!
