Satisfy your need for speed at the world famous Brands Hatch! Climb inside one of the powerful BMW M3s for some tuition from a fully qualified instructor. Your instructor will show you how to find the ideal racing lines and handle the car at high speeds. Next jump into the cockpit of a specially designed F1-style racing car and take your new-found motor racing knowledge to the limit at a truly legendary UK race circuit. This experience takes place on the Indy Circuit at Brands Hatch in Kent. To begin your driving experience you will receive a briefing and tuition from a fully qualified instructor in a powerful BMW M3. Then jump into the cockpit of an F1-style racing for 15 minutes putting your new skills to the test.

Your driving experience will last approximately 2 hours in total, including registration, briefings and 15 minutes driving time in each car. Spectators are permitted for no additional charge.

Your voucher also entitles you to two grade D race event tickets at Brands Hatch, which you are free to use against a number of race events in the future. These will be sent to you directly by the supplier when you redeem your voucher.

Your voucher is valid for ten months for one person. Experiences run on selected weekdays and weekends at Brands Hatch. Weekend dates at Brands Hatch are limited during the summer as race meetings are held at the venue; additional weekday evening slots are available in summer. Dates are subject to availability. This experience is not suitable for pregnant women or those who suffer from epilepsy or heart conditions. Should your experience be cancelled due to bad weather, your experience will be rebooked. Spectators must be aged 16 years or over. The minimum height for participants is 5'2”, maximum height is 6'2”. The maximum weight;16 stone. Participants must have held a full driving license for a minimum of one year and this MUST be presented on the day (no photocopies). Participants should wear flat, narrow soled shoes, long sleeved shirt and trousers. Personal accident insurance and cancellation cover is included in this package. The activity format and vehicles are subject to change without notice.

Race Master This was a christmas gift which I was eagerly awaiting all year. I am very happy to say that it did no disappoint, and in fact exceeded all my expectations. The welcome and briefings all made the experience much more "real" and I felt like a real race car driver. The whole day was very well run and I would happily recommend it, in fact I am now trying to drop hints about my Christmas present this year (rally master!!) Great day out Fantastic experience getting to drive an M3 and a single seater. Allowed to push it more than i expected in the M3 and encouraged by positive coaching. would have liked a couple more laps in the M3 though. the single seater wasnt quite as quick as i expected but that is probably for the best for novices like me, and was by no means slow. i was expecting to have to hold back for safety but was able to push hard. time on the track about perfect as im quite fit but was getting tired at the chequered flag! the whole experience at a couple of hours felt good value for money without eating up a whole day, and oulton park in particular is a great venue, therefore overall i would strongly recommend this to anyone with a love of driving or motorsport. 09 August 2012
Fantastic Race Car Driving Experience Brands Hatch is one of the better venues to undertake a race driving experience for all parties involved. Spectators can wander around the pit lane, the garages and the enclosed 1st floor observation room which affords an almost 360 degree of the 1.2 mile circuit. But for the drivers, it's even better. The Race Master Driving Experience allows the participant to drive a BMW M3 for almost 20 minutes accompanied by an experienced driver acting as co-pilot. He shows you the correct lines, braking points and driving tips. At the conclusion, you receive a written report and score card, points out of 100. Then on to the highlight of the day, driving a single seater race car around the circuit. No pace car, the only restriction sadly, is the gearbox limiter at 4,000 revs, which you hit regularly, especially on the Brabham Straight. On the day I drove, it was heavy rain. I didn't think it would go ahead, but it did. Only snow and fog seems to curtail any activities. Although initially disappointed with the weather, I just embraced it and went for it, even making several overtakes. A waterproof over-suit and gloves are provided, much needed. Needless to say, it didn't dampen my adrenalin rush at the end of the 20 minute session. One bonus over other driving experiences I have done, is at the completion of the single seater session, each driver is presented with a certificate and a written record of lap times. Even though I was probably one of the oldest people in our group, I set the 2nd fastest lap time. Life in the old dog yet. Only now, I want to relive the experience, this time in the dry.
