The session begins with a welcome and registration followed by a briefing on safety and driving techniques. You will then take to the track for familiarisation laps, followed by a thrilling 6 mile session in fantastic Ferrari 360 or Ferrari 308 (depending on location). Please note that at Silverstone you will not receive familiarisation laps and you will drive for 5.7 miles. Please allow 1-2 hours at the venue. There are catering facilities are available on site.

  • Warwickshire (Midlands) - Kenilworth
  • Warwickshire (Midlands) - Long Marston
  • West Sussex (South East) - Goodwood
Your voucher is valid for 10 months. The Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Lincolnshire, Surrey and Yorkshire locations, do not operate between November and March. This voucher may be used on weekdays only at Donington and Silverstone. Minimum age 18 years, or 17 at Heyford Park. Maximum age is 70. Participants must have held a full driving licence for minimum of 12 months. At Silverstone you must be 21 and have held your licence for three years. Min Height 5’2” Max Height 6’5” Max weight 18 stone. Dress code: Long trousers and soft soled shoes (trainers). You may bring spectators. At the Yorkshire and Oxfordshire venues you can only bring a maximum of two spectators, who may not be under the age of 11 (11-16s must be accompanied by a spectating adult) additional spectators may be pre-booked (subject to availability). The person driving the car will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in the event of damage being caused to the car through their negligence. At most locations, you will have the choice of buying a collision damage waiver for an additional charge of approximately £25 per car. Drivers are under no obligation to purchase this optional waiver. Please ask the operator when booking for further details if required

My kids bought me this for my 50th birthday (they couldn't get me a flight in a Mig!) and I now want nothing else!! I thoroughly enjoyed it & the organisation at the venue (Prestwold) was really slick. My instructor was clear and friendly and my only complaint is that it wasn't long enough!

Good but could have been better

I bought this as birthday gift for my fiancé, after lots of looking round.I was trying to find the best deal with the most laps, as he has done them before & it's over very quick. This was to drive 6 miles which turned out to be three laps. The disappointing thing was others were on the track at the same time, so unfortunately he got held up in 'traffic' which spoiled the experience. If they have to have others on the track at the same time, they should do timings & send people out with a gap between. Great cars to choose from but you can continue to spend whilst your there, on DVDs, photos& insurance etc

Ferrari experience at Silverstone consisted of a five minute briefing, followed by a 30 minute wait then three laps of the track. Roughly 3 minutes, then out. While staff were pleasant and courteous, the emphasis seemed to be getting people through as quickly as possible. A lot of money for a very short drive.

Not enough of the "Ferrari Experience"

I know that one should never "look a gift horse in the mouth" as this experience was a gift. However, the closest circuit to my home was a 90 minute drive and the experience was over and done with in 10 minutes.
On arrival at Goodwood, I registered, signed a disclaimer, copied others in finding a helmet, waited 15 mins for my name to be called, got in the Ferrari, completed 3 laps, thanked the instructor, got out of the Ferrari, and then left.
Honestly, the whole experience felt like being on a conveyor belt and was something of an anti-climax. It was also, more about going fast around a track than experiencing the thrill of a Ferrari, I could have been in any car and had the same kind of experience.
I've been on driving experiences before. And they have included, a welcome briefing which covers, safety, the track layout, how to get the best out of the drive and getting kitted out. Some timed laps, an opportunity to buy more laps, a print-out of your lap times, photo's etc. These experiences were designed to focus on the driving skills around a track, but felt like a real experience. Something to remember.
To make the Ferrari experince better, I would have loved some or all of the following (all aimed at experiencing the Ferrari):
- A few minutes to be introduced to the car, some of it's features and history and to get to look around the interior and engine bay. After-all most people never own a Ferrari, let alone sit in one and drive it.
- A chance to do a type of drag strip run, to get feel for the acceleration and breaking abilities.
- An audio type experience where the car is driven through a tunnel or stopped under a bridge to have a chance to listen the emotive sound of the car.
- A couple of laps as a passenger being shown what the car is capable of.
- A few timed laps driving the car around the track perhaps with some telemetry showing where I had accelerated, breaked, turned etc compared to where a Pro would have made those manoeuvers.
- A chance to buy some more laps if required.
- A photo standing outside the car
In summary the report card for the day would definitely be "Very poor effort, must do better"
