The experience could only be used at one venue. We were told to be there 1 hour before our booked time. When we registered we were told to wait between two buildings at a certain time for a briefing and we would then be given an actual start time. We waited but no one came there for another 30 minutes or so. They were all too busy selling extra rides in the sports cars to visitors. We finally saw someone there and asked him about our daughters experience. He said he could do it. She wasn't given any briefing. They got in the car. Drove around some cones several times for about 10 minutes then came back to us. Our son did a similar experience elsewhere several years ago and he did handbrake turns, drove over hills etc.We were asked to purchase photos at £15 each but we could hardly make out our daughter in the car, just the instructor. We were also asked to buy a video but we weren't shown it first so we declined. we had to ask for her certificate and whilst it was being written they tried to sell us a boring baseball cap for £10. We got the impression that they were more interested in selling extras than making the experience special. I have bought several experiences over the last few years and this is the first one we have been disappointed with. It was our daughters main Christmas present too as she had seen our son do his and asked us for the same every year.

I always check Buyagift when it comes round to birthdays and christmas and I saw this and thought it'd be perfect for my son. He's always been interested in cars and he gets dirty a lot so I thought it was the perfect combination! He was quite good at driving the rally car but he did come off the track twice. Also the customer service was great as usual.
