This extraordinary driving experience will give you the chance to navigate four military vehicles across a challenging course in an action packed morning. Before letting you get behind the wheel and take control a these military vehicle specialist will impart their extensive knowledge of these powerful machines. This is your chance to steer a Stalwart or fire an Abbott Gun!
You are invited to arrive at the site at 8:30am for an introductory brief and refreshments. The military vehicle specialist will then spend time talking through the vehicles you will be driving and the course you will be using. The training begins around 9:45am with each person learning how to operate vehicles over a variety of demanding terrain. There are further refreshments and a debrief at 1:00pm. Please note that the exact vehicles used are subject to availability but should include a selection of an a Snowcat, Load Carrier Alvis Stalwart, FV433 Abbot SPC, APCs, FV432s, Ferret Scout Car or Hagglund Snowcat. Please note that you will drive 4 and not all of these vehicles. Please enquire upon booking as to what you might expect on your chosen date.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. The experience runs on selected Saturdays between March and October. There will be a maximum of 24 participants. You must be over 18 years old to do this experience. Maximum height is 6 ft 5 and maximum weight 18 stone. You do not need a full driving license to take part but if you do not hold a driving license please bring this to the attention of the instructors at the beginning of the event. Loose, comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty is recommended. Footwear should be sturdy and flat and ladies should wear trousers.

Even more fun than I could have imagined! Got to have a go in all sorts of military vehicles including an Armoured Personnel Carrier and a big ol' gun! Real boys toys stuff and so much fun!

I had a feeling that my brother would turn into a huge overgrown kid when I got him this tank driving experience! He loved driving all of the military vehicles and was extremely excitable all day long! You would never think he was a grown man the way he was bounding about playing soldier!
