This 60 minute flying lesson is your chance to take charge in the cockpit, as you climb in to the sky and soar high above the breathtaking Nottinghamshire landscape. You’ll have plenty of time to fly the plane during your experience – and with an expert instructor at your side, you’re sure to get to grips with essential manoeuvres such as climbing, descending and turning. Exciting and unique, this flying experience will create a memory that will last a lifetime.
On arrival you will receive a briefing on the aircraft, the basics of your flight and safety protocols. You will then walk around the aircraft and undertake an inspection before take-off. Then comes the moment you’ve been waiting for – time to blast into the sky! You will be able to take the controls once in the air, and your experienced instructor will guide you and teach you basic flight manoeuvres. Your experience ends with a debrief and an opportunity to ask any additional questions.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months for one person. This experience is available on selected dates from 9am – 6pm. There are no height or weight restrictions but you must be in reasonably good health and fit to fly – if you are in any doubt please contact the supplier. This experience is weather dependent - please contact the supplier on the day of your experience to check that it is still going ahead. Please allow approximately 90 minutes for this experience. All dates are subject to availability.

An amazing experience! I bought this gift for my husbands 30th birthday and was thrilled that I could pay extra to be a passenger! My husband loved every minute of it and the instructor was very friendly and reassuring. We could choose where we flew and chose to fly over Chatsworth. We went above the clouds for some parts which was beautiful. The lesson lasted over an hour. I would reccomend this as a special gift for any wannabe pilots! (not for those who are easily travel sick though because its a bit bumpy when going through the clouds!) 03 May 2013
