Take to the skies with this fantastic flying experience! You’ll be able to take control of a microlight for 60 unforgettable minutes as you soar gracefully over the gorgeous Kent countryside. These unique flying machines are a truly exhilarating way to discover the thrill of flight, and your heart will race as you learn a variety of basic manoeuvres in a small and nimble microlight under the guidance of an expert instructor.
On arrival at the airfield you will be introduced to your instructor for the experience. They will brief you about microlights and what will happen during the flight and answer any questions you may have about flying, the centre or the aircrafts. You can then choose whether you want to fly a fixed wing or flex wing aircraft. The instructor will taxi you to the grass runway, go through final safety checks and take off. Once airborne at about 2000 feet control of the microlight will be passed to you. Learn some basic flight manoeuvres such as turning, climbing and descending. When you return back to land you will be given a certificate as a memento of the flight.

Amazing Expierance I would definatly reccomend this if you like flying, this is actually the second time i have done this and as a result i have now decided to get a Microlite Pilots Licence. The instructor was very friendly, he let me fly whereever i wanted to and let me take control. Its so easy to fly, anyone could do it, its just a bar that you push and pull or move side to side. Its the best way to fly, just out in the elements. 15 May 2014
