This informative and entertaining fresh pasta lesson is perfect for novice chefs. Your knowledgeable instructor will welcome you over tea/coffee and biscotti and give a demonstration of how to create pasta from scratch. Then the fun part: you make your own pasta! Everyone in the class will make their own pasta and sauce, using recipes distributed by the chef. After the cooking is complete, enjoy the fruits of your labour with a complimentary glass of wine and a tea or coffee to round off the meal perfectly. You will also get the recipe ideas to take home with you too!
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by your expert instructor and you'll receive tea/coffee and biscotti. Then you will receive a menu and the cooking begins. Everyone cooks in a group, with the recipes divided amongst the class. You will see a demonstration of pasta making before everyone in the class makes fresh pasta and sauces, with plenty of hands-on cooking! At the end of the class everyone sits down to enjoy what they have created. Wine is served with your meal. Tea or coffee will also be offered, and you can take the recipes home with you.

Your voucher is valid for ten months. This package is for one person. Minimum age for this experience is 18, though younger people may be permitted if accompanied on the course by an adult. The day time course runs from 10:00am - 2:00pm, and the evening course is from 6:30pm - 9:30pm. These courses run once per month and alternate between weekday/weekend classes. Please let the supplier know if you have any special dietary requirements. Bookings must be made in advance. All dates subject to availability.
