Gordon Ramsay’s Maze is a truly spectacular place to enjoy an unforgettable lunch or dinner for two. This Michelin starred restaurant boasts a stunning modern design by David Rockwell, while the menu breaks formal traditions by serving French cuisine with Asian influences in tasting sized dishes – allowing you to sample a wide variety of flavours and textures. You’ll be delighted as you are treated to five delicious courses, including a pre-dessert, as well as a glass of Champagne each.
This fantastic experience is a wonderful opportunity to sample Michelin starred cuisine. You’ll be provided with a tasting menu from which to choose your 5 courses. You will both also receive a glass of Champagne to enjoy with your meal. You will be able to choose your 5 course meal – which includes a pre-dessert each – from the following set menu:

White onion soup, maple-glazed chicken oysters, lemon emulsion
Marinated beetroot, Dorstone organic goat’s curd, pine nuts, Cabernet Sauvignon dressing
Pressed confit chicken, Caesar salad garnish Braised veal shin, rocket pesto, white onion risotto
Loch Duart salmon, fondue of leek, vinaigrette of brown shrimps, horseradish

Your voucher is valid for 10 months for two people. This package includes a five course tasting menu with a glass of Champagne for two at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant Maze. This experience is available everyday during lunch, between 12.00-2.30pm, and dinner 6pm-11pm Sunday-Thursday only. Please note: price is subject to a 12.5% discretionary service charge. Minimum age is 18 years. All dates are subject to availability.

Fantastic experience Well, Gordon Ramsay's Maze Restaurant is fantastic. The staff were so polite friendly and had a sense of humour and seemed to really enjoy their job ! The food was absolutely delicious. The staff knew exactly what each course was, what were their favourites. I could not fault it in any way. We even at the end of our meal, had a special little cake with a beautifully decorated plate written in chocolate saying happy birthday and anniversary , the attention to detail was amazing. I would highly recommend this experience and Gordon Ramsays Maze Restaurant to everyone. I really do not know where to start with the food, it was beautifully presented and tasted so fresh, exciting and wow amazing ! Thank you. 07 March 2014
Just one word - YUM! My husband and I went here for our 6th wedding anniversary - not a big anniversary but definitely a big night. The food was fantastic. We actually got 6 courses in the end. Each one was exquisite. You get the choice of two options so hubby and I split it so we could taste everything. We splashed out and asked for the sommelier's selection of wines to go with it which was well worth it. My only tip is to say if you have a train to catch or a show to get to - make sure to tell the waiter. They will naturally set a leisurely pace to the whole thing so you get to relax and enjoy everything, but if you need to speed it up they do it in a flash. 04 October 2013
Outstanding dining experience My husband and I were given this gift by our son for Christmas and realised that the gift would soon expire. I was able to make a reservation very easily and with only a week's notice. On our arrival we were treated with absolute courtesy. We shown to our table immediately. The layout of the restaurant is airy, modern and relaxed. There was a good ambience from the moment we were seated. The service we were given by all of the staff was exemplary from start to finish. The food was amazing - I have only seen such beautiful food on 'Masterchef' - the taste also lived up to the visuals, each dish better than the last. My husband ordered the lemon tarte - well, just you wait! We did not order any alcohol - but drank only tap water throughout and had absolutely nothing to pay at the end, except for the gratuity which is optional anyway. However the staff continued to make us feel very special and showed no differentiation between customers who obviously dined like this regularly and those like ourselves who were the recipients of Buyagift. This wasn't just a good restaurant, it really was a fantastic, memorable experience. 06 September 2013
The Maze - Its aMAZEing This is a really good gift for a special someone in your life or a joint gift for a couple. The moment you enter The Maze you are welcome my the lovely staff there, who are very attentive but not over the top. The atmosphere of The Maze is chilled and relax with a mix crowd of people. We were sat by the window and served our Champange while we look over the menu and eat the home made bread with salted butter. The waiter then bought over a Ipad for us to look though the choices of Wine and Champagne are on offer. You can search the wine list either by Grape, Country, Year or Price. I thought this was a great use of techology. The staff was on hand to suggest different wines to suit our meal or we could of went for a flight of wine, which would involve a selection of wine to go with each dish. The 5 course which were served to us were all presented lovely and full of flavour. The waiter were on hand to describe each course to us and would answer any questions we have on the dish. One of the highlights of the lunch for us was the "Lemon Fresher" I wont spoil the surprise but it has WOW factor. Then to end a pefect lunch we had a tour of the kitchen which opened our eyes to the hard work which goes into the food. 27 April 2012
