Mouth watering red curry with aubergine, succulent king prawns, crunchy spring rolls, heavenly tamarind, fruit and chilli sauces - the traditional secrets of these fantastic Thai dishes will all be revealed in this in-depth, four hour cookery class. Under expert tuition you'll gain a thorough understanding of the ingredients used in Thai cooking and learn how to blend these to create delicious dishes. Set in a relaxed and stress-free atmosphere with attentive teachers, this is the perfect way to inject some Thai flavour into your culinary repertoire.
On arrival you will be greeted by the friendly staff at the cookery school. The day will start with an introduction to traditional Thai ingredients and cooking techniques before getting started on the authentic Thai curry, king prawns, boiled rice and a variety of accompanying sauces. The whole experience is based around hands-on learning, and you will also be taught about cutting style, presentation and blending techniques used for professional cooking.
No unnecessary time is spent on preparation or washing up - everything is ready for you from the minute you arrive. All the wonderful food cooked throughout your day can be taken home in containers provided by the school, and recipe cards are provided so you can practice your newly learned skills at home.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months for one person. This experience runs on selected Saturdays throughout the year and lasts for 4 hours. Lightweight clothing is recommended. Sensible covered shoes with a good grip must be worn at all times. Please advise the cookery school of any medical or dietary requirements/conditions upon booking. A nut-free environment cannot be guaranteed. Minimum age is 17 years. All dates are subject to availability.
